Hillsboro, Oregon · Websites for local businesses

A custom website for your local business. One build price. One managed monthly plan.

We start with a conversation about your vision, your customers and what you want them to do next. I design, build and launch the site, then keep the hosting, maintenance and local search work moving.

If I sent you a private homepage concept, this is the base website package behind that direction. Your real services, branding, photos, features and details are confirmed before anything goes live; ecommerce, integrations or other work outside the package below is quoted separately.

Veteran-owned, one-person studio. No payment unless we both approve a written scope. I answer my own email and handle the work directly.

The package

One website, two clear parts.

The upfront work gets the site live. The monthly plan keeps it hosted, watched, maintained and improving after launch.

Build + launch$1,495 upfront

A complete, launch-ready website.

  • Custom responsive website with up to five core pages
  • Discovery, content confirmation and two revision rounds
  • A clear contact or quote path for prospective customers
  • Accessibility checks and performance tuning
  • Baseline page titles, descriptions, local schema and sitemap
  • Analytics, Search Console, deployment and SSL setup
Managed care$149/month from launch

The ongoing work that keeps it useful.

  • Managed AWS hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring and recovery support
  • Routine platform, dependency and security maintenance
  • One prioritized technical, local or on-page SEO improvement each month
  • Analytics and Search Console review with a concise monthly report
  • Up to 45 minutes of routine copy or photo updates each month

Unused routine-update time does not roll over.

From vision to launch

We talk first. The proposal comes second.

The call is for understanding the business—not selling you a site before I know what it needs to say.

Talk through the vision.

We cover your services, customers, brand, photos, service area and the action the site should make easy.

Approve the written scope.

You see the pages, responsibilities and boundaries in writing. Nothing is due unless we both accept it.

Build, review and refine.

I confirm your content, build the responsive site and work through two revision rounds with you.

Launch and keep improving.

I deploy the site, connect the measurement tools and begin the managed monthly plan at launch.

A typical launch target is 3–4 weeks after I have the complete assets and timely feedback. That is an estimate, and the written proposal will reflect your actual site.

A useful boundary

A focused website package, not an open-ended build.

This is a strong fit when local customers need to understand what you do, see why they should trust you and take a clear next step—request a quote, book, call, visit or inquire.

If the real need is ecommerce, a customer portal, complex integrations or custom operational software, I can scope that separately after learning the work.

What “local SEO” means here

It is ongoing, best-effort work: making the site clear to search engines, monitoring what they report and improving one prioritized area each month. Search platforms control indexing and placement. I do not guarantee a ranking, traffic level, number of leads or revenue result.

Before we talk

The practical questions.

The important terms should be readable before they become a proposal.

When is the upfront payment due?

Only after we both accept a written proposal. Once the requested content and access are ready, the upfront amount is due before build work begins. The monthly plan starts when the site launches.

What do you need from me?

Your confirmed services, service area, contact details, brand assets, approved photos and any existing copy or site access the project needs. We identify the exact list during discovery.

Is the website custom?

Yes. The page structure, content flow and visual direction are shaped around your business. I also use tested reusable building blocks for the underlying technical work instead of charging you to reinvent them.

Who owns the website?

You own your domain and approved business content. After all balances are paid, you may request a source export. Northwest Fortune Solutions keeps its pre-existing tools, reusable components and workflows.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes. It is month to month and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. The monthly service covers the hosting and care described above; unused routine-update time does not roll over.

Your idea is enough to start

Let’s talk through the site you want customers to find.

Bring your current site, a few examples you like or just the idea. We’ll talk about how it should feel and what a customer should be able to do when they arrive.
